I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of service we received from Sine’s in the recent installation of new flooring in our kitchen. Drew, who estimated and oversaw the job, was prompt and efficient at every stage. At the outset, he made sure that we were choosing a type of installation that would work in the space. (We had been considering a floating installation, but Drew’s research showed that, in our 160-year-old home, glue-down was the better option.)

We settled on a beautiful Adura luxury vinyl tile with grout, which Richard installed superbly, with a solid underlay and perfectly true lines in the tile pattern – both very impressive achievements in an older home in which nothing is plumb! Richard was a pleasure to have in our home – industrious, careful and courteous. Finishing touches and clean-up were flawless. When a couple of other trades were needed (connecting and re-connecting a gas stove, and doing a bit of unexpected carpentry work), Sine’s had the appropriate people on the spot right away to minimize any delay to the project. Thanks also go to Lang construction, who recommended Sine’s to me. Congratulations to Sine’s on a job well done.
